Terms & Conditions * Quotes: All quotes are subject to change dependant on final design, size and placement. 3 days notice is required for any major design changes and appointment may need to be rescheduled dependant on time scheduled. Deposits: The deposit amount varies depending on the total price of booking. A deposit is required to secure your booking and it must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your quote to secure the date & time chosen. Remaining amount is to be paid at your appointment. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances and are non transferable to another person. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason please let me know within 48 hours prior if possible so that I can offer that time slot to another client. Please contact @laurenellaink on instagram ONLY to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel/ reschedule within the 48 hour cancellation period, you are agreeing to forfeit your deposit. Late Arrivals / No shows: If you are at minimum 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, this will result in your appointment being cancelled. If you're running late please contact me on IG at @laurenellaink. More often than not I have back to back clients so 10 minutes does make a difference ♡ Changes to designs: I will send you a draft of your design 1-3 days prior to your appointment via email. This is when you can discuss and alter your design as I won't have time to make changes on the day of your appointment. Changes and alterations requested during your appointment may result in your appointment needing to be rebooked and forfeiting your deposit.
